Mrs. Luna Thaxton Fallen of South Boston died Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at South Boston Manor. She was born December 12, 1932 in Halifax County and was 78 years old. She was the daughter of the late Henry Dewitt Thaxton and Letha Lowery Thaxton and was married to the late Robert Garland Falalen, Jr. She was a member of Dan River Baptist Church.
