Charles Allen McKinney

Mr. Charles Allen McKinney of Scottsburg, VA passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital.  He was born December 6, 1927 in Halifax County, VA and was 91 years old.  He was the son of the late Roy Allen McKinney and the late Virginia Mae Powell McKinney and was married to Bernice Francisco McKinney. He was a member of the Scottsburg Baptist Church and was employed for years at Staunton River State Park. He also farmed and was an avid hunter and gardener. Clinton McKinney and Rev. Cole McKinney officiating.
