Charlie Finley Pilkins

Mr. Charlie Finley Pilkins of South Boston, VA passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022. He was born in Bluefield, WV on December 20, 1943 and was 78 years old. He was the son of the late Charlie Washington Pilkins and the late Frances Burnette Pilkins. He was a retired dairy farmer and was a member of Centerville Baptist Church. He loved woodworking and making things with his hands. Survivors include: His sister Lois P. Dodson of South Boston Several nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his brother Kenneth Lee Pilkins A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Dodson Family Cemetery with Rev. Todd McClure officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Lois Dodson, 3093 Ashton Hall Road, South Boston, VA 24592.
