Christina G. Dolgner

Christina Frances "Tina" Dolgner, age 57, formerly of Countryside, IL passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021.   She was born in Chicago, IL on May 26, 1964 and was 57 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Heleno Gutierrez and the late Jeanette Gsell Gutierrez. She was married to Scott Anthony Dolgner who survives.

Following her 1982 graduation from Lyons Township High School, she was a dedicated 35-year employee of Chicago-area La Grange Memorial/ Adventist hospitals.  She continued her career at Capital City Surgery Center in Raleigh, where she worked for 2 1/2 years.

She and her husband of 31 years, Scott, enjoyed motorcycle rides, boating, camping, and fishing. After moving to North Carolina in 2018 they added new hobbies including beekeeping, swimming, gardening, and entertaining friends and family at their new home.

One of Tina's favorite roles in life was being a grandmother.  She was instrumental in helping her daughter Danielle start her business by caring for and spending time with Savannah and Jackson, for many hours each week. She was especially proud and looking forward to welcoming her second granddaughter, Talia Jean, due in November to Kara and her son Phillip. Tina was a light in everyone's lives.  She will be missed by all. Shine on sweet angel.
