Christine Mitchell Fallen

Christine Mitchell Fallen, 90, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 31, 2023.  She was born in Halifax County on August 19, 1933 to the late Garland Robert Mitchell and the late Irene Hamlett Mitchell.  She was married to the late Oda Pearlman “O.P.” Fallen.

She was a life-time member of Providence Presbyterian Church where she served as an Elder, and a Sunday School teacher.  Christine retired from Stanley Home Products after many years of dedicated service.  She loved flowers, sewing and she dearly loved her family.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, September 3, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Providence Presbyterian Church with the Pastor Dustin Francis officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
