Darla Moon Baines of South Boston, VA passed away December 31, 2019.  She was born in Alexandria, VA on December 20, 1951 and was 68 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Jack Bryon Moon and the late Doris Moon. She was married to the late David Daniel Baines.
