Donald Keith Barnes

Don was born February 10, 1930, in Mechanicsburg, PA to Raymond Scott Barnes and Florence Simmons Barnes. He graduated from Mechanicsburg High School and Lehigh University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He served in the United States Navy from 1954 to 1957 and worked for Westinghouse Electric Corp. until his retirement in 1990. In his retirement he actively served his church, Halifax United Methodist, and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He passed away on June 2, 2022, at his home, and is survived by Lucille Fullmer Barnes, his wife of 69 years; son Scott J. Barnes and wife Amy; granddaughter Colleen Barnes; and grandson Patrick Barnes and his wife Lydia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
