Edward Aldine Conner

Edward Aldine Conner of Scottsburg, VA passed away August 14, 2019.  He was born in Halifax County on August 8, 1936 and was 83 years of age. He was the son of the late Arthur Conner and the late Sallie Wilbourne Conner. He was married to the late Lettie Short Conner.

He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Tony Brooks officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 16, 2019 from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times at his home, 5041 James D. Hagood Hwy, Scottsburg, VA.
