Elbert Irvin Conner

Elbert Irvin Conner of Alton, VA passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026. He was born in Halifax County, VA on August 7, 1947 to the late Ida Conner Mulchi. He was a member of Black Walnut Baptist Church and retired from ABB.

Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Janet Carpenter (Rod); aunts and uncle, Mattie Perkins, Nellie Vaughan and Randolph Conner; niece and nephew, Malissa and Jonathan; great nephew, Cooper; host of extended family and friends.
