Eloise Nichols Hedderly

Eloise Nichols Hedderly of South Boston, VA passed away October 15, 2019.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on April 29, 1928 and was 91 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Charles T. Nichols, Sr. and the late Martha Ann Crews Nichols. She was married to the late Charles Jefferson Hedderly, Jr.

She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church. Eloise was a beloved local artist of watercolor, pen and ink. She was well known for her local historical artwork. She was a past volunteer at the South Boston-Halifax County Museum.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Rickman officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
