Elva Lee Morris Wallace of Scottsburg passed away January 11, 2024 at the age of 81.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on April 21, 1942 to the late Lewis Edward Morris and the late Alice Tucker Morris.  She was of the Christian Faith.
