Eugene Ray Reaves, Jr.

Eugene Ray Reaves, Jr. of Alton, VA passed away October 5, 2019.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on May 16, 1970 and was 49 years of age. He was the son of the Eugene Ray Reaves, Sr. and Linda Waller Reaves. He was married Lisa Jordon Reaves.

He was a member of First Crossroads Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at South Boston Church of God with the Rev T. Wayne Daniels and Rev. Daniel Whitt officiating. Burial to follow in First Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at South Boston Church of God and other times at his home, 2020 Bold Springs Road, South Boston, VA 24592.
