Frances Rucker Freeman

Frances Rucker Freeman of Halifax, VA passed away March 12, 2021.  Born in Washington, DC, April 6, 1922 she was 98 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Wooster Dudley Rucker and the late Frances Montgomery Rucker. She was married to the late Arthur Clarico Freeman, III, former Director of Utilities for the City of Norfork.

She was of the Episcopal faith. Frances grew up in the Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church, graduated from George Washington University where she was a member of the University Club, as well as a member of the Daughter’s of the American Revolution, Potomac Chapter, Washington D.C.

Plus, a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins of the clan Montgomery/Andrews of Rocky Mount, VA
