Frances Diane Arthur Smith

Frances Diane Arthur Smith of Scottsburg, VA passed away March 6, 2022.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on January 20, 1961 and was 61 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Paul Steven Arthur and the late Delma Marion Dalton Arthur. She was married to Donald Lynn Smith who survives.

She was a member of Vibrant Church in Lacrosse, VA.  Frances loved hummingbirds, butterflies, light houses, gardening and children.
