Gale Vernon Meadows

Gale Vernon Meadows of South Boston, VA passed away September 11, 2022.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on March 2, 1949 and was 73 years of age.  She was the daughter of the late Gus Vernon and the late Margie Conner Vernon.  She was married to the late Terry Daniel Meadows, Sr.

She was of the Christian Faith.  After retirement from D-Scan Gale volunteered at Sentara Halifax Regional for over ten years. She was an avid baseball and New York Yankees fan.  She enjoyed her fellowship at the YMCA and made many friends and memories.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2:00 P.M.  at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Stewart officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday, immediately following the service.
