George Anthony Hudson

George Anthony Hudson of Alton, VA passed away June 2, 2019.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on August 9, 1981 and was 37 years of age. He was the son of Mary Redd Bowes and the late Lucky Hudson. He was first married to the late Kimberly Crews Hudson and currently married to Heather Puryear Hudson.

He loved fishing, hunting and woodworking.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Todd McClure officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home and other times at his home, 1019 Black Walnut Church Road, Alton, VA.
