Gregory Harry Gawdun, Jr.

On Sunday, May 17, 2020, Gregory Harry Gawdun Jr., loving husband and father passed away at the age of 73.  

Greg was born on November 30, 1946 in Irvington, New Jersey.  He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War.  He will be remembered as an avid fisherman and bowler, proud father and coach to his children, true supporter to his grandchildren, loyal to his dogs and a loving husband.  

Greg was preceded in death by his parents Mary and Harry Gawdun and brother George.  He is remembered and survived by his wife Carol of 17 years of Vernon Hill, Virginia, his daughter Danielle and husband Marco Torres of Brick, daughter Tinamarie and husband Sean Hennessy of Point Pleasant Beach, son Greg and wife Kara Gawdun of Bayville; grandchildren Daniel, Thomas, Patrick, Samantha, and Gregory; stepdaughter Candy and fiance Kevin and grandson Erik, stepson Brian Clinch and grandchildren Taylor, Emily and Zachary; his siblings Gail, Geoff, Gerard and Gloria; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
