Helen Crews Fisher

Helen Crews Fisher of Republican Grove, VA passed away April 2, 2019.  She was born in Pittsylvania County on February 2, 1935 and was 84 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Robert Thomas “Tom” Crews and the late Rosa Short Crews. She was married to the late Louis J. Fisher.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Republican Grove where she served as a deacon and on committees. She also was a member of the North Halifax Volunteer Ladies Auxiliary.

A funeral service will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Republican Grove with Rev. Shelton Miles and Zack Ford officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at 4222 Cody Road, Nathalie, VA 24577.
