James Earl Powell

James Earl Powell of Nathalie, VA passed away January 4, 2021.  He was born in Halifax, VA on February 28, 1944 and was 76 years of age. He was the son of the late James H. Powell and the late Mary Conner Powell.

He attended Fork Baptist Church.
