Jo Morgan Francis

Jo Morgan Francis of Halifax, VA passed away October 13, 2020.  She was born in Halifax County on May 5, 1965 and was 55 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Jack David Morgan and the late Nancy Culley Matthews. She was married to John Wilson Francis who survives.

She was a member of Victory Cowboy Church.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Green officiating. Burial to follow in Clover Cemetery. In keeping with CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, we suggest practicing social distancing and the wearing of masks.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 16, 2020 at from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times at the home of Beverly and Lee, 1016 Booker Trail, Halifax.
