John Beverly Barksdale

John Beverly Barksdale of Sutherlin, VA passed away April 19, 2020.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on January 15, 1934 and was 86 years of age. He was the son of the late Charles Beverly Barksdale and the late Mary Barnes Barksdale. He was married to Patricia Barksdale who survives.

He was a member of Mercy Seat Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder, Deacon and Treasurer.

A private graveside service will be held Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Mercy Seat Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Rich Henderson officiating.
