Keith Edward Lacks

Mr. Keith Edward Lacks of Randolph, VA passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 in Lynchburg, VA. He was born in Halifax County, VA on January 10, 1957 and was 66 years old. He was the son of the late Lennis Edward Lacks and the late Margaret Duffey Lacks. He was a member of Mt. Laurel United Methodist Church. He was an outdoorsman and truly loved hunting and fishing. He was also a Civil War buff and had quite a collection of Civil War artifacts. He was also very fond of Western movies. He also was very talented with his hands and was very good at woodcarving, making knives, leathercrafts, and painting. Survivors include: His brother and sister-in-law Jeffrey Miles Lacks Sr. and wife Vicky M. Lacks of Randolph His niece Dana Lacks Coley and husband Waylon of Creedmoor, NC His nephew Jeffrey Miles Lacks Jr. of Nathalie His dog Hank A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Laurel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Renee Teague conducting the service. The family will receive friends at the home of Jeffrey and Vicky Lacks on Sunday from 5-7 PM at 5095 Black Walnut Road, Randolph, VA.
