Kenneth Wayne Conner of Halifax County passed away September 1, 2021.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on January 24, 1963 and was 58 years of age. He was the son of the late Robert Strange and the late Elsie Mae Conner.

He was a member of Oak Level Presbyterian Church.
