Kenneth Lawman Payne

Kenneth Lawman Payne of Halifax, VA passed away May 18, 2023.  He was born in Memphis, TN on February 17, 1953 and was 70 years old.  He was the son of the late Elwood Lawman Payne and the late Phyllis Mawyer Payne. He was married to Sheryl Arline Smith Payne who survives.

He loved spending time outdoors whether it was hunting deer, turkey, or fishing.  Kenneth was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him.
