Lloyd E. Franklin

Lloyd E. Franklin of South Boston, VA passed away April 16, 2020.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on March 19, 1944 and was 76 years of age. He was the son of the late Grover Franklin and the late Maggie Franklin. He was married to the late Marilyn Franklin.
