Lois Wilmouth Hatcher

Lois Wilmouth Hatcher of South Boston, VA passed away June 23, 2021.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on November 13, 1931 and was 89 years of age. She was the daughter of the late John Shirley Wilmouth and the late Mary Whitlow Wilmouth. She was married to the late Charles Herbert Hatcher, Jr.

She was a member of Ash Avenue Baptist Church. Lois loved her Lord, her church, Billy Graham and cooking and enjoying family meals together.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Mull officiating. Burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening, from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home.
