Louise Walker Carter

Louise “Lou/Buggy” Walker Carter of Crystal Hill, VA passed away October 5, 2021.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on August 5, 1943 and was 78 years of age.  She was the daughter of the late Herbert Walker and the late Gracie W. Walker. She was married to the late Henry Carter.

 She was a member of First Baptist Church of Millstone. She was an animal lover and adored all of her family.

 A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Norman Talley officiating Burial to follow in Carter Family Cemetery.

 The family will receive friends Saturday, two-hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home and other times at the home of Becky and Dustin Lloyd, 4081 Oak Level Rd., Halifax, VA.
