Louise Richardson Martin

Mrs. Louise Richardson Martin of Saxe, VA passed away February 9, 2019 at SOVA Danville Regional Hospital.  She was born in Halifax County, Virginia on September 10, 1950 and was 68 years old.  She was the daughter of the late James William Richardson and the late Dollie Weatherford Richardson and was married to Lewis Thomas Martin who survives.  Louise loved her family and friends to no end.  She loved helping and spending time with her family and friends, cooking, being outdoors, gardening, hunting, fishing, going to casinos, and auctions.  She was full of energy and life, always on the go, visiting and doing what she loved, living life to the fullest. JerrellsA funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Bryant conducting the service. Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery.The family will receive friends at Powell Funeral Home on Monday evening from 7-8:30 PM and other times at the home of Rex and Wendy Noblin, 3040 Woods Creek Lane, Scottsburg.
