Martha Jane Lipscomb Painter

Mrs. Martha Jane Lipscomb Painter of Nathalie, VA passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at her home. She was born in Waynesboro, VA on October 4, 1945 and was 75 years old. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Matthew Lipscomb and the late Geneva Craft Lipscomb and was married to the late Earl Franklin Painter. She was a member of Stone Brethren Church in Buena Vista, VA. Survivors include: One daughter Gloria J. Moore of Nathalie| One step-daughter Diane Robinson One stepson Bradley Robinson Grandchildren Michael E. Moore and Sara Landrum Fifteen great grandchildren Seven great greatgrandchildren Four brothers and one sister A host of nieces and nephews A dear friend, Betty W. Moore She was also preceded in death by a son, Rufus Franklin Painter, one grandson, Billy Moore, one son-in-law Graham Lewis Moore, Jr. and one great-great grandson, Paul Moore. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 11:00 Am at the Green Hill Cemetery in Buena Vista, VA.
