Monroe Edward Tanksley

Monroe Edward Tanksley of South Boston, VA passed away March 4, 2021.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on November 16, 1948 and was 72 years of age. He was the son of the late James Acree Tanksley and the late Susan Ella Elder Tanksley.
