Otis Samuel Frazier, Jr.

Mr. Otis Samuel Frazier, Jr. of South Boston, VA passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at his home. He was born April 22, 1929, in Mecklenburg County, VA and was 93 years old. He was the son of the late Otis S. Frazier, Sr. and the late Ida Mae Glasscock Frazier and was married to Ann Anderson Frazier, who survives. He was a member of Second Baptist Church and a United States Navy veteran. He was the owner of Frazier Auto and known as a “jack of all trades”. Otis was a member of the South Boston Volunteer Fire Department for 22 years and he also loved being chauffeured by Tommy. Mr. Otis S. Frazier is survived by: His Wife of 70 years Ann Anderson Frazier of South Boston One Son Stephen A. Frazier (Sandra) of Mechanicsville, VA Three Daughters Carolyn Daniel of Halifax Aleta Wilmouth (Larry) of Halifax Benita Frazier (Tommy) of South Boston Two Grandchildren Sarah Beth Tranka (Ben) and Sam Frazier (Allison) Four Great Grandchildren Savannah, Georgia Ann, Jedidiah and Finley Mae One brother, Earl Frazier (Margaret) A number of nieces and nephews Special Friends, Jerry Daniel, Calvin Owen, Shelvey Taylor and Norma Chaney ***Preceded in death by*** One brother, Bruce Frazier Three sisters, Emma Grey Meeler, Elizabeth Burnette and Doris Shufford Special thanks to Commonwealth Home Health and the Sentara Hospice for their compassion and care.
