Otis Wayne Moorefield, Jr.

Mr. Otis Wayne Moorefield of Scottsburg, VA passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020 at the Sentara Meadowview Terrace Health and Rehab.  He was born May 24, 1933 in Halifax County, VA and was 87 years old.  He was the son of the late Otis Wayne Moorefield, Sr. and the late Nannie Elizabeth Moorefield.

He was a member of the Clover Baptist Church.  Mr. Moorefield was a retired farmer and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

A private graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at the Clover Cemetery with the Rev. Doug Gibson officiating.
