Patricia "Patty" Hooper Hunter

Patricia Hooper Hunter of Halifax, VA passed away February 23, 2021.  She was born in Bristol Township of Bucks County, PA on October 4, 1964 and was 56 years of age. She was married to Michael Ray Hunter who survives.

She was a member of Beth Car Baptist Church.  Patty loved her family, friends and fun at the beach with Mike, their kids and friends. She loved helping anyone as much as she could and she will be remembered as a loving wife, mom, and friend.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Eldridge Cullum officiating. In keeping with CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, we recommend the wearing of face masks and to practice social distancing. The memorial service will be livestream via Powell Funeral Home’s Facebook page.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home and other times at her home, 1071 Daniel Trail, Halifax, VA.
