Peggy Anne Ingram Norman

Peggy Anne Ingram Norman passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 27, 2020 in Pinehurst, NC. Peggy was born in Halifax County, VA on September 27, 1934 in Halifax County, VA and was 86 years of age. She was the daughter of the late the late Emmett C. Ingram and the late Sally Terry Ingram. She was married to the late Henry Bruce Norman.

She was a member of First Baptist Church. Peggy Anne lived on Greenway Drive for 55 years. She truly loved her home and her neighbors. Her yard was the most kept in town as we would joke, she caught the leaves before they hit the ground. She loved working in her yard and decorating her home for the holidays.

After selling her home Peggy Anne moved to Boston Commons where she made so many wonderful friends and she enjoyed her life there very much. Upon Boston Commons closing, Peggy Anne moved to North Carolina to be near her daughters. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and most proudly a great grandmother; she was a kind, thoughtful lady who was always there for family and friends. We are blessed to have had such beautiful memories and lessons learned from her.  Peggy Anne’s spirit will be carried on by her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
