Miss Phyllis Jean McCullock of Halifax, VA passed away on May 8, 2022.  She was born in Lynchburg, VA on September 5, 1950 and was 71 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Jerry W. McCullock and the late Margaret Earl Keatts McCullock. She was of the Baptist faith.
