Ralph Eugene Carter

Ralph Eugene Carter of South Boston, VA passed away December 17, 2020.  He was born in Bloomington, IL on June 1, 1930 and was 90 years of age. He was the son of the late John Carter and the late Edith Carter. He was married to Sachiko Carter, who survives.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force with 20 years of service. Upon retirement Ralph worked and retired from NOAA as a meteorologist.
