Robert Douglas Owen

Mr. Robert Douglas Owen of Collinsville, VA and formerly of Halifax County, VA passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at his home.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on October 4, 1943 and was 75 years old.  He was the son of the late George Frank Owen and Bonnie Richardson Owen and was married to Cecile Davis Owen who survives.  He attended Bible Baptist Church in Collinsville.
