Ronald Lewis Chaney

Ronald Lewis Chaney of South Boston, VA passed away July 14, 2022.  He was born in Newport News, VA on June 10, 1943 and was 79 years of age. He was the son of the late Lewis Albert Chaney and the late Thelma Vann Wade.

He was of the Baptist Faith.  Ronald was an avid race fan and loved Cowboy and Indians shows. He will be remembered in love by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held Monday, July 18, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Black Walnut Baptist Church with the Rev. Raymond Wooten officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at 804 Greenway Drive, South Boston.
