Ronald "Ronnie" Hampton Jones

Ronald Hampton “Ronnie” Jones of Halifax, VA passed away December 21, 2020.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on March 24, 1954 and was 66 years of age. He was the son of Frances Snow Jones and the late George Hampton Jones. He was married to Judy Sipes Jones who survives.

He was a member of South Boston Church of God.  Ronnie was the owner and operator of Jones Building Systems. He also did mission work through Hope Charitable Services of Portsmouth and Men and Women of Action of Church of God International.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at South Boston Church of God with the Pastor Eric Medford and Rev. Dave Webb officiating. Burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. In keeping with CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, we recommend social distancing and wearing of face masks.
