Ruby Nancy Magdalene Stump Helton Hogan of Alton, VA passed away January 24, 2022.  She was born in Franklin County, VA on November 26, 1940 and was 81 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Melvin Wilson Stump and the late India Clay Stump.

She was of the Baptist faith.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Don Bryant officiating.
