Ruth Lucille Allgood Ferrell

Ruth Lucille A. Ferrell of Halifax, VA passed away December 2, 2019.  She was born in Mecklenburg County, VA on July 12, 1934 and was 85 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Eddie Lee Allgood and the late Dora Ann King Allgood. She was married to the late Jesse Owen “Doc” Ferrell.

She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Shad Dortch officiating. Burial to follow in Halifax Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and other times at 7071 Mountain Road, Halifax.
