Ruth Davis Owen of Virgilina, VA passed away July 13, 2020.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on May 6, 1963 and was 57 years old. She was the daughter of William S. Davis and Effie Powell Davis.

She was a member of Aarons Creek Baptist Church.
