Sheila Victoria Webb Nell

Sheila Victoria Webb Nell of Clover passed away on April 9, 2026 at the age of 73. She was born in Olney, MD on June 30, 1952 to the late Claude Webb and the late Lucy Harrison Webb. She was the companion of 40 years, to the late Gene Mullinix.

Sheila grew up on a farm and that is where she learned of her love of the outdoors, flowers, gardening and animals. She enjoyed sewing and was a great cook and especially enjoyed baking, however she loved going to the beach where she would get Blue Crab with Old Bay seasoning. Her passing will leave a void in all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory, are her children, Chad Mullinix of Scottsburg and Nikki Nell Blount (Bobby Blount) of Mt. Laurel; three grandsons, Derek, Cameron and Ty Blount of Mt. Laurel; siblings, Terry Barker (Chuck), Randy Webb (Laurel), Chris Webb, Glenn Webb all of Frederick MD.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Gail Burral.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
