Sherry Newton Andrews

Mrs. Sherry Newton Andrews, 50, of Nathalie, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026. She was born on November 24, 1975, in Halifax County, Virginia, to the late Virginia Louise Allen Newton and the late Bobby Ray Newton. She is survived by her loving husband, Edward Andrews.

Mrs. Andrews was of the Christian faith and cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. She enjoyed playing board games and was particularly fond of Monopoly, which brought her many happy moments with family and friends. Mrs. Andrews will be remembered for her love of family, her kind spirit, and the joy she found in spending time with those she loved.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Collins officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Providence Christian Church Cemetery.
