Shevery Dean Conner

Shevery “Deana” Hazelwood Conner of Alton, VA passed away March 6, 2019.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on May 7, 1940 and was 78 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Tom Owen Hazelwood and the late Sarah Tuck King. She was married to the late John S. Conner.

She attended New Covenant Worship Center.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Ebenezer Mennonite Church Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. Mark Boyd officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 9 from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times at her home, 8050 Huell Matthews Hwy, South Boston, VA.
