Teresa Milam Barnett of Halifax County, VA passed away April 1, 2021.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on July 23, 1970 and was 50 years of age. She was the daughter of Woodrow Milam and the late Daisy Conner.  

She was of the Baptist Faith.
