Mr. Tommy Lee “Shoestring” Tuck, Sr. of Danville, VA passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the SOVA Health Medical Center. He was born in Halifax County, VA on January 8, 1958 and was 63 years old. He was the son of the late Thomas Howard Tuck and the late Georgia Mae Clay Tuck.
He was a member of McGhees Mill Baptist Church and a retired truck driver and Security Officer at Halifax Regional Hospital. He enjoyed CB radios, fishing, drag racing and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Eugene Tuck, one sister, Brenda Wilmouth, and a granddaughter Jariah Brandon
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frankie Reaves officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery
The family will receive friends at Powell Funeral Home Tuesday evening, from 7-8:30 PM and other times at the home of Ashly and Jeffery Shorts, 13161 LP Bailey Highway, Nathalie.
