Vivian Chappell Barksdale

Mrs. Vivian Chappell Barksdale of Halifax, VA passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Duke University in Durham, NC. She was born in Halifax County on May 30, 1945 and was 73 years old.  She was the daughter of the late William Chappell and the late Virginia Whitlow Chappell Slade and was married to Ray Phillip Barksdale who survives.  She dearly loved her children and grandchildren and also loved her flowers.
