William "Bunky" J. Young

William “Bunky” J. Young of Nathalie passed away on November 26, 2025 at the age of 75. He was born in Washington D.C. on October 12, 1950 to the late Francis Ambrose Young and the late Teressa Ann McDevitt Young. He was married 55 years to Gwendolyn Lail Young.

Bunky was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles, fishing, spending time riding around country roads with Dayne and especially loved spending time with his grandkids, family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, his children, Shane Young (Dana) and Annette Cheltenham (Craig); five grandchildren, Ashley Young, Shelly Tuggle (Johnny), Kyler Young, Dayne Young and Hunter Young; three great grandchildren, Olivia Young, Connor and Ethan Tuggle; four sisters and four brothers. He was preceded in death by his son, Jody Young.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
